Q: iCloud not logging in after el capitan upgrade
After upgrading to el capitan i tried to log into my iMessage with my apple ID but it says my password is wrong. I went to iforgot and changed it but still it isent allowing me to log in

You can try removing this file ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.ichat/
Under the Apple in the Menu bar, select Log in
Log in
Empty the Trash
Open Messages and see if you can login now.
A second option would be to test in a new User. This gives you a clean environment without having to remove files to test.
CREATE A NEW USER
Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Users & Groups.
Switch to the New User by logging out under the Apple in the Menu Bar.
Login with your Apple ID
Test each app that is giving you problems.
