I'm trying to download applications from the store that have been previously purchased. I've tried wifi and cellular data on ios 9.1, reset all network settings, restarted phone and I'm continuing to get the error message "Temporarily Unavailable. This feature is temporarily unavailable. Try again later".
Any help on what could be causing this? I've also signed out of my apple id and signed back in.

Having this issue as well, as I try to download or stream any of the movies in my iTunes collection. Been happening on and off for a while, but this is the longest period I've encountered yet.
As others have mentioned, Status Page is no help; it always shows green when I'm having any issue.
SSame problem down here in Alabama! i was able to update 2 of the 5 apps somehow. But getting same message again

Yep. Same here in Charlotte, NC. Can't log back in after thinking I could fix it by logging out. Bad idea. 😟

Me too. Worked fine until I updated to iOS 9.1. But that seems to be coincidental, with the number of other people experiencing this issue only starting today... Hope they fix it soon.
