Q: How to transfer camera roll backup on iCloud to the camera roll o the iPhone?

My iPhone screen just freezed, so I hat to restart it. When I looked at my camera roll, out of more than 7.000 photos I had only 500. All my camera roll is uploaded to my iCloud. Apple keeps talking about being intuitive, but things seems to be getting more and more confusing.

I have a backup, ok. But this is my last resource, because it’s not really up to date, when my photos on iCloud are. I’m just trying to figure out if there is a way to simply download my saved camera roll photos back to the iPhone.

I use a macbook, tried something through Photos and iTunes, but it seems there’s no record they work this way.
