Q: my macbook air's display is like is like a broken light..flickering all the time.anyone with same issues?

i'm wondering why this is happening to my macbook air..the display is always flickering like a broken lamp.

is this common to macbook air.it looks like it will only last for 8 months.i bought this 8 months ago..Just dont know how to resolve this.
