Q: i phone restored and i do not have any way of reaching the origional owner to unlock the icloud

I factory restored my i phone 4 s and now it is locked on the old user id and i don't know how to unlock .. cant reach the old owner of the phone.any suggestions?

Accept that you can't use that iPhone; if you bought it through a place such as eBay, ask the people running the site/store for a refund.

There is nothing that you can do. Your phone is a brick unless you can get in touch with the one who locked it.
