App store wouldn't let me update my apps!

Whenever i try to update my apps, a massage pops and says "Your account is not valid for use un the U.S. store. You must switch to the Saudi Arabian store before purchasing." Even though i live in the US and i bought my iPhone unlocked from an Apple store in the US.
I tried changing the country/ region on my Apple ID settings, but still, i couldn's update my apps! My iPhone is iPhone 5 and it's version 9.1

Hi Moe.Raha,

I see you're getting the error, "Your account is not valid for use un the U.S. store. You must switch to the Saudi Arabian store before purchasing" when updating apps. This indicates your Apple ID is associated with the Saudi Arabian store, specifically your billing information. I'd like you to please go through the steps in the article below to change the iTunes Store country, and ensure you're putting in a proper US billing address.

Change your iTunes Store country or region

Take care.
