Music library = 29k, iTunes Match limit =25K, song over limit are not on icloud. New 128g 6s Plus, iTunes will not sync music, states to download from icloud, how to i get any songs NOT on icloud on this new iphone?

Hello,

I just purchased a new 128gig iPhone 6s Plus, with hopes of putting a lot of music on it (like i put on my iPod).

I have iTunes Match, but it has 25,000 song limit.

My music library is now almost 29,000 songs.

All of the most recent music (almost 3,000 songs purchased over the last 2 years) are not carried up to iCloud, through my iTunes Match.

When I go to sync my new iPhone 6s Plus, it does not give me an option to select albums from my library.

It says that I can access my iCloud Music Library. Songs can be downloaded via Wi-Fi or cellular network."

I have almost 3,000 songs I can NOT get into my iCloud Music Library, so i can't download them from my iCloud Music Library.

So my question is either,

How can i get ALL my songs in my iCloud Music Library?

or

How can i get songs that are impossible to get my iCloud Music Library off my iMac and on my new iPhone?

I would prefer to have them all in my iCloud Music Library (but I am guessing that is not going to happen).
