I have just got my new Iphone 6s. But when I want to put a Icloud reserve copy back on this new Iphone. It shows a different apple id: lordrene@live.com
Can somebody help me? It is a new Iphone. So how it this possible.

Was the box sealed?

You need Refund/ Replacement .

Thanks for the reply.
I'm trying to find out. I have asked the store and they are going to check it. The box was sealed. The Iphone itself was covered with the plastic sheets.
