I HAVE MAC OS X VERSION 10.4.11 ,I UPDATE REGULARLY BUT STILL SOME SITES SAYS UR VERSION IS OLD USE A NEW VERSION ,CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME OUT HERE. THANKS

10.4 is 10 years old now. You need to update.

My guess is that you have a PPC Mac. It is not the OSX version you are running that the websites are barking at, but rather the "Browser" version


Many here - including me - use TenFourFox > TenFourFox: A fork of Mozilla Firefox ESR (current version) for the Power Macintosh and Mac OS X Tiger PowerPC


The current 104fx version is 38.3.0 - VERY robust and some say much more compatible than Safari with many sites


Give it a try and see if it solves your problems.
