On my MAC screen there are permanent marks of my keypad and trackpad which i tried to clean but unable to clean. These marks are very less visible of the screen is lit but if screen is dark they are very visible.

I would check with Apple to see if it is something covered under the warranty.
is there any update, is it covered under warranty.
These type of problems don't occur even on normal laptops, mine is a MAC 15' with retina display.
You can wash it off easily ("cleaning the screen" in the handbook). It is caused by the fatty dirt from your fingers being transferred when closing the macbook.
