How can I force close Flickr uploader? It is not listed on the Force Quit list so that I can force it to close. I need to close the Flickr uploader app before I can delete/uninstall the app. I've already deleted all the associated files for Flickr Uploader in Library.

All apps may be Force Quit by clicking the Apple menu in the upper left and selecting Force Quite and then choose the app. However I sense your issue isn't with a app, but Flickr, I would recommend contacting Flickr for support on that issue.
I agree about contacting Flickr...I ended up contacting Apple Support - they were very helpful. Because there was no way to "quit" the Flickr Uploadr normally, I learned how to go to the activity monitor and force quit the app there.
