Mac Pro late 2013 overheats

Hello,

I have this problem since I bought this mac. After about one hour of use (I usually play games like league of legends, while running skype and firefox) my computer overheats and suddenly it freezes so I have to turn it off by the button behind the case. When I turn it on again, the problem remains and so after about 5 minutes it freezes again because of a overheat. I'm pretty sure the problem is the temperature because I can feel it's hot and because the problem remains after the first freeze of the computer. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

Install an app like Macs Fan Control to monitor temps and fan speed to better determine if overheating is the cause.

Note the time of the next freeze. After rebooting open the Console app in Finder>Applications>Utilities and look for log entries at the time of the freeze. Post suspicious ones here.

I already installed Macs Fan Control and saw that when the computer froze the temperature reached 55°C. Right now (I'm not playing or something) it's 46°C. By the way I will post logs when the next freeze happens. thank you.

What temp is reaching 55C?

My GPU 2 diode is 60C, GPU 1 diode 1 53C and CPU prox 56C

Baseline 2013 Mc Pro D300 GPUs.

Do the logs say it is a temp shutdown?
