I have downloaded iCloud Photo and can see my photos on the browser based icloud.com, but under iCloud Photos on my PC I only have "Downloads," "Uploads," and "Shared." Where might my Photo Stream folder have gone?
I wondered about this too but, as far as I can tell, with iCloud 5, My Photo Stream is replaced by the Downloads folder basically mirroring All Photos on the Mac. I'm not 100% sure about this though because Downloads is where iCloud Photo Library synchs as well if it's turned on so it's all a bit confusing.
