Q: I have an iPhone 5c and the Bluetooth isn't working. When I select Bluetooth all I get is the circle going around as if it's trying to find it. I never get the option to turn it off. I have reset the network settings and all settings on the phone.

I have also completed a hard reset and deleted everything off the phone and then restored it and nothing has worked. Does anyone have any ideas?

What device are you trying to connect to? Note you can't connect two Apple device via Bluetooth unless you're tethering.

Im trying to turn it on to allow me to connect to a device. On the settings page it says off and when I select it that's when it turns as if trying to connect but never gives me the option to actually turn the Bluetooth on.
