Q: do not have "add card" option in wallet

Apple Pay is presently available within the US and UK. Unless your device is set to one of those regions, you will not see the option to add cards.

You can also only add supported cards from participating banks or stores within those countries:

If you are in one of those countries, but don't see the option to add cards to Apple Pay, check the region settings on your iPhone:

- Settings > General > Language & Region > Region

I also have this issue.

I am in the UK.  I have checked my region info and all is correct.

I have IOS 9.1.  Still no option to add credit cards.

To set and use Apple Pay on your iPhone, you need an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus or later.

Earlier models do not contain the hardware (NFC chip) that is necessary for making contactless payments.
