1. If you have any antivirus software installed, uninstall it.
Which page?
It was a vehicle tag renewal site, the government site.
I Have ClamX I use occasionally to scan for viruses.
Please click the button marked Show Certificate in the warning dialog. A certificate chain will appear. One or more of the certificates in the chain will be marked with a red X as invalid. Select the uppermost invalid certificate. Some information about it will appear below. Post a screenshot that shows the certificate chain and the problem with the invalid certificate.
That information is not personal, but be careful not to include anything else that is.

This really a BUG !
There are no problems with certificate
I am connected in a Bank (www.itau.com.br) using different functions.
Suddenly Safary start to show this message, and show in pages that a seconds ago works well.
THIS IS A BUG
Apple needs to be more humble and analyze it seriously instead of thinking that everything he does is correct.
