Does anyone else have any issues with iPhones NOT syncing with their iTunes account?

I don't know what's going on, but for some reason, my hp computer, with Windows 10, is not syncing my iPhone 6 automatically, and I cant do it manually either. does any one know another way or experienced something similar before?
