I have 2 Thermostats the one is working fine the other is not connecting to Wifi. We have had these since April of 2014. The one that won't hook up to Wifi says it is unable to obtain an IP address from my network. Make sure that your network is configured to assign an IP address to this thermostat......so Honeywell said call you internet provider ( it is mediacaom) I did that and they said to call APPLE. I have 2 Apple Routers...everything else is getting wifi from my internet and the routers - why is it just this one thermostat?
I have an iMac, 2 diphone 6s , an iPad and apple watch.
I really hate to unplug my router when it is servicing my apple products and the other thermostat. Any suggestions
