Q: OS X El Capitan Update 10.11.1 "Available Updates have Changed" loop
Update 10.11.1 says it requires a restart, but when I try to take the restart option or just allow it to count down to restart, it pops up a window saying "Available Updates have Changed" Cancel/Details. When I take "Details" nothing has changed. I can't get it to restart from the App Store update.

I was able to download the update manually from the apple support download site https://support.apple.com/downloads/macos This worked fine and included a 'Restart' button at the end of the download that worked fine. I'm still not sure why this was necessary though.
