Q: Only for Google links: Safari Can't Open the Page

I'm now trying everything I can find.
Just checked this with no result because someone in a different thread posted this as a solution, didn't work for me: Stop pop-up ads and adware in Safari - Apple Support

Ah and of course booting in secure mode hasn't helped too. It worked for 1h and then the old behavior starts again.

Searched the

/Library/LaunchDaemons

folder for malware like Davis Linc discribed in another Thread. No solution to the problem.

The latest Public Beta, 10.11.4 (15E27e) with Safari 9.1 (11601.5.8.1): the issue is still here.

Is it right that our problem only occurs in certain networks? At work for example or at my parents' house everything works fine. Maybe there are some compability problems between certain providers and Safari???

I was told by Apple, too, that it is a provider's Problem, as Safari works with other providers. But since the problem occurs just with Safari and with this MacBookPro (and not with my iPhone or iPad), my provider says it is a Problem with Safari. In fact, it's a kind of joke that they are casting the blame on each-other.

Did you already trace "www.google.com/de/fr"?

From the menu bar, please select

           ▹ System Preferences ▹ Network

If the Network preference pane is locked, click the lock icon in the lower left corner and enter your password to unlock it. Then select

          Advanced ▹ TCP/IP ▹ Configure IPv6: Link-local only

Click OK and then Apply. Test.

Nope, IPv6 is not the problem. It's on another layer: the combination of HTTP/2 with server-side Keep Alive values and the implementation of the Safari part of Webkit.
By the way, Twitter doesn't even have IPv6.

Almost afraid to say it, but Safari has worked fine for me since my MacBook updated to OS X 10.11.3 (15D21) two days ago.

This is the exact issue I am getting ever since 2 clean installs of El Capitan. Trying to connect to certain websites, most notably youtube, twitter, time warner road runner email web page, google maps, and sporadically other websites. Safari will just hang and present this error, or hang without the error and take a couple to several reloads of the website to finally have the site load fully. If a site doesn’t load fully after several reloads attempts I will load another site and go back to the site that wouldn’t load and then it usually loads.

As stated I have tried two complete clean installs, reset my router as well as my Airport Extreme. I have troubleshooted this issue for over 2 weeks using the different suggestions given by Linc Davis, Eric Root, Carolyn Samit and others. This ONLY happens in Safari, without extensions, no plug-ins other than what Apple states should be in folder and flash player is not installed. This happens every single time when waking from sleep.

Stopped working on the 3rd day. As you probably expected... Back to Firefox.
