Hi,
I used to use iPhone Configuration Utility (ICU) to create and install profiles on unmanaged devices.
With the advent of El Capitan, ICU has been EOLd and is no longer available for use. 😢
Apple Configurator is obviously NOT a valid alternative for me, because it requires you to manage the devices.
I tried creating a profile in OS X Server and applying that, but iOS was having none of it.
What can I use instead ?!?!?!
