iPad apps not shown in iTunes

I have 89 apps on my iPad which I sync through iTunes via iCloud. I can't see these apps under iPad - Apps; only the most recent ones. I am logged into the store. I really want to sync my movies with VLC for IOS so I can see subtitles on foreign movies which I can't do iTunes videos - home videos. iTunes (12.3.1.21), Mac OS (10.11.1) and IOS (9.1) are up to date. Tried this with my iPhone also and can't see those apps either.

Thanks

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 9.1

Hello 8o8guy,
To make sure we are on the same page, you are trying to sync movies to the VLC app. Let's see if I can help you out with that.
Now when looking at the apps tab in iTunes, scroll all the way to the bottom to see the section to sync your apps. Take a look at the article below to make sure that I am not missing anything on getting your movies to VLC.
