GarageBand Library

I have just installed GarageBand and when I open it, I get a message that states:

"The Instrument Library is invalid. GarageBand expects a valid Instrument Library folder in /Library/Application Support/GarageBand.
Please choose a valid Instrument Library folder or quit and re-install GarageBand."

I have reinstalled many times and still get the same thing. I have even searched for every file on the computer named GarageBand and deleted them, rebooted and tried reinstalling and still no change. Does anyone have a suggestion?
