Q: Setup Apple Pay at vending machine

We want to setup Apple Pay at our vending machines in UK which have installed Window XP for controlling the machine.

We want to find some devices (support Apple pay reader) which is connected to our computer for getting the amount of money and return payment success or not. Do you have any ideas about these devices ? If possible please give me some devices and these supported API (if any).
