Anyone else know what could be causing this loud buzzing sound?

It seems to be tied to the display's brightness. The brighter the display is, the louder the buzz.
The strange thing is it doesn't do it all the time. Like, right now I have my brightness set to high and there is no buzzing to be heard.
I have submitted it for repair once and they weren't able to determine what the issue was because the store couldn't replicate it in testing. Very odd.
