Am I missing something or does the new Apple TV still not support the iCloud Photo Library??

I'm seeing the same thing, and it is ridiculous. I can see albums, shared albums, and photo stream, but it seems that they don't support iCloud Photo Library yet. Between this, lack of good navigation in app store, lack of siri support for apple music at launch, and lack of apple remote support for iPhone, the product is feeling pretty half baked to me at this point I must say. And this is coming from a pretty unabashed Apple fan who ordered two of these devices sight unseen.

Full library iCloud photos has never been part of Apple TV including with previous Apple TV versions, only shared albums via photo stream.

The new icon which is the same on your other Apple devices iOS 9 may give this impression of all iCloud library photos.

WIth Apple putting this new photo icon on the Apple TV, makes me believe they intend to support this in the near future.

Come on Apple make this happen! I have over 30,000 photos and videos in my icloud library at this point that I want to access from my Apple TV 4. The TV will be a great way for my family to view the pictures, since they are all using different Apple ID's (different icloud) on their personal devices. I don't want to have the extra step of setting up and constantly adding/pruning to a shared library or the most recent random 1000 pics from photo stream.

Hope this will be in the next TV OS update!! 😕
