shutting down automatically

I have a 2010 Mac Book Pro that has recently been shutting down several times a day when I am not using it. I then get a message in English and 5 other languages that sates: "Your computer restarted because of a problem". The OS is Yosemite 10.10.5

Any idea why this is happening so frequently. Never has been a problem before.
