Oct 30, 2015 8:45 PMby rosalindeb,My iPod has version 12.2 and each time I try to sync the I get the message I need 12.3 on my pc.
but when I try to install 12.3 I get the message "... on a network resource that is unavailable" Also tells me to change the path location from the default to where ever the 'iTunes6464.msi ' install package is - it can't find C:\Users\Rosalind\AppData\Local\Apple\Apple Software Update\
then when I start cancelling out of the process it says it cannot delete the previous version.
I've even went in per the HELP pages and manually deleted iTunes - still 12.3 will not install

If you can't install or update iTunes for Windows - Apple Support
BTW - iTunes 12.2 or 12.3 refers to iTunes that you run on your computer. It does not refer to the iOS iTunes app.
