Question

Itunes Music Store Website URL

I am running iTunes at work through a firewall that blocks internet access until certain times of the day. My question is does anyone know the url for iTunes to run iTunes Music store. So we can add the address to the safe list!

Hope someone can help!

When accessing the iTunes Store, the first contact is made with 17.250.236.65 (phobos.apple.com) at port 80.
After that, contacts are made with at least 7 different internet addresses:
195.121.11.142
195.121.11.151
195.121.11.148
195.121.11.157
216.52.17.135 (omniture.112.2o7.net)
17.250.236.65 (phobos.apple.com) at port 443
216.52.17.47 (appleglobal.102.112.2o7.net)

Note that these are the URL's when accessing the iTunes Store from The Netherlands.
A few of them could be country specific.

I am trying to access the UK music store. I will give these a go and let you know. If you hvae or know the UK urls that would be much appreciated!

At minimum, these two domains need to be exempted from any Internet filtering:

phobos.apple.com
phobos.apple.com.edgesuite.net
