Random code in TextEdit window open after reboot

After rebooting my MacBook Pro (Mid 2012) running OS X 10.11.1 Beta (15B30a), I now see this TextEdit window with random code/text in it. Why is this happening and how can I stop it? Does it have to do with running the Beta?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

If the pop up does not happen in safe mode, try looking into the login items.

I'm not sure it's related to the Beta at all, though. I believe I've had this happen before I had the Beta installed.
