TV Shows not in the Canadian store

With the Apple TV 4th Gen under my Purchased TV Shows there are a couple blank artwork covers (I can only see the title), and when I click on them I get a message saying the shows are not available in the Canadian store. Strange as I bought them a while ago and they play on all my other devices.

I am in general seeing a lot of bugs with this Apple TV.
