Nov 1, 2015 6:57 AM in response to Evsta04by Jason L,Hi there Evsta04,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
If I understand correctly, the Apple Music tracks that you've added to the library on your iPhone 6 Plus are being removed from the device when it's restarted. Take a look at the article linked below and ensure the songs, albums or playlists are being added to your device appropriately.
Add music from the Apple Music catalog to your library - Apple Support
If the issue persists, try restoring your iPhone as shown here:
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Ciao.

Nov 1, 2015 7:56 PM in response to Jason Lby Evsta04,I know how to add music properly. It "WAS" working when I had my Apple 3 Month Free Trial, but now that I have signed up through my carrier (Telstra) it is not working properly on any of my devices (biggest issue being my music is being deleted)
It has something to do with the Telstra 12 Month Subscription not linking properly with Apple.
Me, not being an employee of Apple or Telstra can tell this is the issue just by looking at the sheer number of complaints on Apple Forums and Telstra Forums about users having problems.
It would be nice if the two companies could resolve the issue... I don't know, by actually getting the Apple Music Subscription to register with Apple and therefor link to my Apple ID properly, that would be nice. Instead, all I seem to get is completely useless responses from both companies that make out like I'm a 97 year old technologically challenged person. I know how to use the service, the problem is not with me, it's with the link between the Telstra subscription and Apple Music.
Please, please fix this issue. I've now waisted 2 months out of my 12 month Telstra subscription.
When I click on my Apple ID information, it is showing only my expired three month trail. It is NOT showing any subscription I have through my carrier. This is the issue.
If you guys could take care of that - problem solved for the thousands of people experiencing the same problem.

Nov 10, 2015 10:52 PM in response to Evsta04by Evsta04,My end result after lodging this as a complaint with Telstra is that they have credited me the amount of 12 months of Apple Music, and just told me to sign up directly through Apple. It appears they just can't get it to work properly between the two companies. So they cancelled my 12 month subscription and have credited me the money.
This took about a week and half after initially making the complaint, and then spending hours on the phone going through a bunch of other stuff. At least now this has happened for me, people should just be able to state they have read it on the forums and hopefully they can jump straight to the final resolution.
Hope this helps everyone. (Going to post this in all the forums I have posted in about this topic)
