Oct 31, 2015 8:02 AM in response to Anishnabeby Dah•veed,No Apple does not merge Apple IDs. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another Apple ID. Your only option is to maintain the two Apple IDs or to abandon the Apple ID that you no longer wish to use and all content bought with that Apple ID and then by any of the content again with the Apple ID that you wish to continue to use.

Jan 10, 2016 10:52 AM in response to Anishnabeby SWO2Cryppie,IF your situation is like mine where you have an Apple ID for iCloud and an Apple ID for iTunes because of past associations with MobileMe and such, and during the activation process, you mistakenly use the iCloud ID to login to iTunes - call Apple Care. They will fix your mistake in this limited instance (They did in my case).
However, they will not "merge" two Apple IDs.
The previous poster is correct. Your only remedy is to abandon one in favor of the other and take care setting up new Apple devices moving forward.
Have you tried using family sharing to at least grant access to your entire library on your devices?
