I have authorized this computer and it still is not allowing me to transfer songs purchases to my iPod

All my songs have transferred from my library to my new IPOD except for the ones I purchased at the iTunes store. It states I have to authorize the computer but when I go to authorize it says that it is already authorized. It not allowing me to transfer 30 songs.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
