Q: iphone stuck on apple logo now plug into itunes logo iphone 5c

this is a chap t mobile rip off replacement iPhone and it was working fine until recently when i would pres the unlock button the screen would just stay black, then i would have to press the home and lock screen multiple times till it actually stops freezing on the apple logo, then i tried to restore it bu it would only work for 30 seconds or so and i would get waiting for iPhone error 4005. so now i cant restore or update the  phone it just keeps freezing. the phone is the 5c white 16gb
