IMessage on my Macbook Air has stopped syncing/working

My Messages on my MacBook Air haven't updated in over 24 hours.

All of my recent texts/imessages ARE all on my iPhone 6s, however.

I also tried sending an iMessage from my MacBook Air, but it didn't show up on my iPhone.

I've tried rebooting, and updating to Yosemite 10.10.5. Still no change.

Any suggestions?

If the problem is that cellular text messages are not forwarded from your iPhone, follow the instructions in this support article, under the heading
