Since upgrading to 9.1 IOS on my Ipad no track/song or any info will show up on my TV. That screen remains blank but music will play. I am still using FW 1.80 on my receiver. This causes me to shut off the TV as the screen doesn't change having me worried about burn in. Any one finding this as well?

Me too. Im running latest firmware 1.91 on the AVR. It's a iOS 9 issue, I hope it gets fixed in iOS 9.2
I had the same issue with my Yamaha RXA-720 (somewhat similar to the 673) on the 1.80 firmware and can confirm that 9.2 fixed the missing AirPlay song data.
I to have the same issue I managed a Temp fix by setting the AMP's IP to static then manual programming the IP into my iPad and Iphone I get all the same features as before I still can't get my macbook pro to work with airplay though.
