I'm not able to get my iPhone 5 to work with Windows 10. I've uninstalled all the iTunes & supporting software, reinstalled. Still, the device shows up in the device manager as an unknown device. I try to point to where the drivers are stored, but Windows says there already is a driver installed for this device. I try to uninstall the driver, and reinstall the correct driver, Windows doesn't allow me to install the proper driver.
I have no AV software preventing anything from installing.
What could be causing this- thanks for the help.
