how can I download the version of icloud for windows pc as the current version 5.0.2.61 doesn't support Outlook 2016 and the previous version did.

I still have not received a reply on how to download and install the version of iCloud for windows prior to version 5.0.2.61 which doesn't work with Outlook 2016. The previous version did work.
