I see that you are receiving a message that your Apple ID needs to be verified prior to logging into FaceTime. If you are only receiving a prompt for the password when signing into FaceTime, please select the option to sign out and then attempt to sign in again. Also, make sure that the Apple ID being entered is the correct address that you wish to use as this could cause the issue.
FaceTime
- Tap Settings > FaceTime.
- Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue persists, go through the troubleshooting steps in the article below. This would include reaching out to us via step 3 under Still not activated after a day.
If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime
