NBA TV not working
NBA TV continues to not work on Apple TV. It just comes up with an error saying its currently not available. Its been like this for 4 days straight now. How can I get it working.

If everything is working on your Apple TV except NBA TV, you may need to contact the content provider to see if the issue can be resolved on their end. Here is the contact information for NBA in Ourimbah:

Judysings, I too am having the same problem. 6 days later the nba service on the Apple TV is still down. Based on the apple support posts and other support posts, it looks like this is common. It's not good enough for apple to refer its customers to a 3rd party when the purchase was made and payment made to apple, hence you are legally responsible for delivering on the service. If the NBA app on the Apple TV is so problematic, why do you continue to offer it as a service and frustrate your customers? Doesn't apple test apps via a QA process before placing it on the Apple TV platform? Doesn't apple have SLA's with its 3rd party providers, especially for subscription based services? 6 days and the streaming service is still down. That is ridiculous!

Agree it's not acceptable unresolved after 2 weeks and I got exactly the same reply from Apple help.
Having the same problem. Tried everything - this is the quickest fix, when it happens: Delete the NBA app from Apple TV and redownload from the App Store. Then restore your purchase/league pass inside the app.
The 3 steps in detail:

This is unfortunately no solution! But it is (for me) the quickest way to get the app working again ... hope this helps.
