    1. You've asked in the forum for Apple long-defunct office suite 'AppleWorks' so you aren't likely to get an answer here. You should post in an appropriate forum. The one for the iPhone would seem suitable.

     

    2. You need to be a lot more specific about your problem. 'Unlock' has several possible meanings. You should describe your situation exactly and quote any error messages you are getting.

     

    3. Giving your new post a more specific title would increase the chances of someone noticing it. 'Philippines' tells us nothing.
