Q: iphone 5s camera not working after updating to ios 9.1

I updated my 5s to ios 9.1 and it worked fine for only one day, the rear camera and flash suddenly stopped working.

It shows the message "Flash is disabled the iphone needs to be cool down before you can use the flash" and my phone is on room temperature.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Gooofy11,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like the rear camera is not working. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Thank you for you reply mario49

but none of this worked I have also tried Factory Reset, Reset all Device Settings, Recovery Mode wipe and restore as new, then tried a Restore to previous backup. Nothing fixes it.
