iCal Print moves everything an hour back after Nov. 1

I know that this problem was addressed PRIOR to DST changing. But I got up this morning to print my weekly calendar and everything, beginning on Monday, Nov. 2nd prints an hour early. I'm assuming this is a bug, but needs to be fixed fast. Today, Nov. 1st prints out just fine. I have El Capitan OS.
