my iphone is continuously sending msgs to this number, i have recently checked my statement and found that there were 40 messages being sent to this number, somebody please tell me that how can I resolve this issue 😟

It is a text sent to Apple servers when you activate iMessage and or Facetime. It should be free of charge. If your carrier is charging for it, you need to contact them and get a refund.
