Q: kernel panic MBP Late 2007 is it hw or sw issue ?

Good morning, below is my problem

I do not know if it is hw issue (I changed hdd to owc ssd 120 gb and upgraded ram to 6 gb) or sw issue - in the same time I fress install el cap 10.11.1 and some apps as chrome, firefox etc.

laptop was before rock stable without any kernel panic from 10.5 to 10.11 on original hdd 120 gb 7200 rpm
