iCloud say is full, but I can't free more space

Dear all,

iCloud tell me that's full.

When I want to manage iCloud, I see 4,12Go of backup, but I can remove nothing!

When I log in to my Mac and I do "Manage storage", I see only one backup of 174,6Mo.

How can I completely clear iCloud storage?

Yes I do that and :
