Q: iTunes unable to connect to devices on Windows 10 & iTunes 12.3.1.23
I am running Windows 10 Home with the latest updates on my PC. The last update was on 29-OCT-2015.
All Apple devices are iOS 9.1 and are up to date.
iTunes diagnostics indicate that no devices are detected.
Windows does detect the devices.
After I upgraded to iTunes 12.3.1.23, I am no longer able to connect my iPhones and iPads to iTunes via my USB ports. I am no longer prompted by the 'Trust This Computer' alert, but instead I am prompted with 'Allow this device to access photos and videos?'. After selecting 'Allow', I can access photos and videos from Windows Explorer. I receive this prompt every time I connect my device to the Windows computer via USB cable. I am using all original USB cables and I am using USB computer ports that worked before the iTunes upgrade. Any help that you can provide would be appreciated.
