Q: Connecting to Icloud mail

I have a problem not being able to connect to my icloud mail through other devices (e.g android) I constantly get the message that my IMAP/SMTP service is not activated. I have looked everywhere but cannot find it. Anyone a suggestion ?

mac book, Mac OS X (10.4.8)
