Hi,
I've had this issue for a while.
My iPhone iCould Notes are not syncing back to both my Mac (iMac and Macbook Pro).
Both Mac sync Notes between each other correctly but not back to the iPhone.
On icloud.com, I see only my iPhone Notes.
I do not use "On my Phone" for Notes and no other accounts (Gmail etc) have Notes selected.
Any idea what the issue might be?

If you updated your iPhone to iOS 9 and then upgraded to the new Notes features but did not update your Mac to El Capitan (OS X 10.11), that would explain the problem with syncing. See the following for more information:

Thank you for your quick answer.
I did not upgrade to El Capitan yet due to a lot of negative reviews and warnings in the app store. I'm waiting for new releases for bug fixes.
However, I did have the problem even before I was on iOS 9.
